My hours vary throughout the year, but I try to be flexible to accommodate my clients' needs. I normally work 9am-5pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and 9am-1:30pm on Fridays.
Payment is due at the time of service via Venmo, cash, credit card, FSA/HSA or check. I will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance upon request.
My office is located in the Village Court building in the heart of Elm Grove. Park in the Village Court parking lot. Walk into the courtyard, past the gazebo and enter into BUILDING 2. I am located on the 2nd floor in Suite 201 (there is an elevator and stairs available). You will see "Personal Growth Associates" on the door. Please come in and have a seat.
